Rapé Caboclo Nunintsá | Cumaru

$ 420.00

Available on backorder

Cumaru is a traditional blend prepared with rope tobacco and ashes from the Cumaru tree, known among the Huni Kuin tribe as “the tree that does not rot because it is very true.” This tree, also called Iron Cumaru, is renowned for its resistance and density, attributes that confer superior quality to the rapé. The ashes produced are durable and dry, making this rapé ideal for spiritual and healing rituals.

The Cumaru tree, or Dipteryx Odorata, is native to the Amazon and possesses various medicinal properties. Its ashes are known for being anti-inflammatory, healing, aromatic, and cardiotonic, among others. They are used to relieve respiratory issues such as asthma and bronchitis due to their bronchodilator properties. However, daily use of the rapé is not recommended. On the physical plane, Cumaru rapé is valued for its ability to promote concentration, focus, and spiritual cleansing, activating the head chakras.

Cumaru is a large tree found in various regions of Brazil and America. Its fruits, known as tonka beans, are considered magical by indigenous peoples due to their high medicinal and spiritual power. The substance coumarin, present in high concentration in the fruits, is sacred to the forest people and is used in healing potions and enchantments. Although the rapé does not contain the seeds, it retains the strength and wisdom of the tree, being a powerful tool for spiritual protection.
